With traditional televisions, this was 60 times each second, or "60Hz." Some modern TVs can refresh at much higher rates, most commonly 120Hz (120 frames per second) and 240Hz. We've covered this before, with 1080p HDTVs, but it's the same idea. But is this just yet another "more is better!"
