1 Answer. In Gen VI, both parents can pass egg moves to the offspring, so what you need is a male parent with Aqua Jet, e.g. Alomomola, and breed it with a female Marill/ Azumarill, then get a male with Belly Drum, e.g. Poliwhirl, and breed it with the resulting female Marill offspring.
