Step 1: Answer in English
Power cycle your Xbox One console.
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it turns off.
2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
3. Wait for 30 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the console.
5. Turn on your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console.
Factory reset your Xbox One console.
1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info & updates.
3. Select Reset console.
4. Select Reset and remove everything.
Note: This will erase all data from your console, including games, apps, and settings.
